Honest operational states

Rejected, failed, skipped, and errored execution is reported as coverage loss, not as a passed or failed attack.

Evidence provenance

Reports retain the target, corpus release, evaluator version, timestamps, and response evidence needed for review.

Finite capacity

Assessment allowances and provider-spend boundaries are explicit; the launch product does not promise unlimited execution.
