Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free gives you 3 quick scans a month, each a 50-test quick pass of the same engine that runs the full corpus. No card is needed. Upgrade whenever you want the full 4,069 tests across 66 modules.
What is the difference between a quick scan and a full-corpus scan?
A quick scan runs 50 tests chosen across the modules so you get a real, graded result fast. A full-corpus scan runs all 4,069 tests across 66 modules. Pro and Team include full-corpus scans; Free includes quick scans only.
Do I need my own model API key?
Yes, on every tier: you bring your own model API key. Your provider account pays for the model calls a scan makes, and Secuvon never resells inference. Keys are stored encrypted, are never returned by the API, and are only used for the scans you start.
What happens if my model API key has no credit or a scan call fails?
A test whose call did not return a gradeable answer is counted as errored: it is neither a pass nor a fail, it is excluded from the score, and the count and reason are shown on the report. A scan where every test errored is marked not scored. Secuvon never fabricates a verdict.
What do the scan limits mean?
Each tier has a finite monthly scan allowance (Free 3, Pro 10, Team 40) plus limits on concurrent scans, seats and agents under test. The allowance resets each calendar month. When you hit a limit the scan is refused with a clear message; nothing is silently queued or charged.
How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
Pro and Team are billed monthly through Stripe. Upgrade from the pricing page or from Settings, Plan and billing. Manage your card, change plan or cancel from the billing portal in the same tab; a cancelled subscription returns the workspace to Free at the end of the paid period.
When do I need Enterprise?
When you need capacity set by contract rather than a monthly allowance, a self-hosted or VPC deployment, SSO/SAML, or a service-level agreement. Contact us and we will scope it with you.
